Okay, now, think about this, not the definition you memorized from school, but really what it means for one to be healthy. So, imagine we are in a café — surrounded by comfort with two lattes and a croissant, perhaps two because calories don’t count here. Then, health becomes less about that perfect number on a fitness tracker and more about how your mind and body feel working together in harmony.
That's also kind of how one of those nerdy, science-backed articles explains it: health isn't just about not being sick. Nope, it's about feeling good physically, mentally, and socially. It's holistic. Not just "no fevers or coughs."
A definition better than that found in any dictionary.
The World Health Organization has a definition dating way back to 1946 that actually holds up. It says health is “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being — not merely the absence of disease.” That’s a mouthful, but stick with me — this actually makes sense if you think
